Our Activities

The life of the church
In addition to Sunday services, we meet as Christians in different homes during the week, to get to know each other better, share testimonies, and receive encouragement and teaching from the Word of God (Acts 2:41-47)

Bible Teaching
We offer basic Bible courses to new Christians. Regular Bible teaching in the church gives each Christian the chance to study the Bible in greater depth.

Children
We hold meetings for 3–12 year olds twice a month, during which they spend time singing and praying, and are taught from the Bible in a manner adapted to their age. There are also outings and activities organised for them during school holidays to give them an opportunity to spend time together and engage in wholesome activities.

The youth
The youth have an important place in the church. There are meetings geared specifically for them, as well as get-togethers, youth camps and other opportunities to engage in outdoor activities together, and share their experiences.

Couples
We are very aware of the vital role that the family plays in society, and therefore of the importance of couples being well. This is why we offer them support during difficult periods, as well as advice on the bringing up of their children and building relationships within the family. In addition, there are outings and get-togethers organised specifically for them.

The older generation
The church also has a heart for the older generation, and activities are organised specifically for them (meals, excursions, gatherings, trips etc). We don’t want anyone to feel lonely or isolated. Our objective is to take care of all those in the church who are on their own.

The poor and needy
Following the Good Samaritan’s example, we want to be sensitive to the needs of the poor and needy in our area.
